The unusual is usual for our two-year Quest teams.

“Emma” says: At the beginning of January Elizabeth and I moved to a small village that is about three hours from K-town, the city we were living in. A typical day consists of studying language, spending time with some of the women and children, and a random assortment of other things that do not seem so typical. Some of these things are playing cricket with the kids, working in the field on occasion, climbing mountains, having our bedroom turned into a movie theater, walking 2 hours to buy 8 pounds of vegetables, having a small herd of cows walk across our front porch, and the neighbors chasing monkeys around the village trying to get them to go away. Needless to say every day is an adventure!
